Hi Chefs,

Just wondering what food you guys would recommend for boosting Parry and Critical precision?

Also any Chefs interested to craft me food on a regular basis? I can provide the mats and can provide Alchemist crafting service in return. Friend me in-game if you are interested. :)

There is no food for both parry and crit. You can choose between def+parry, def+dodge, or atk+crit.

Current best food is Dancing Sirloin Roast for +45 def/parry, Roasted Burning Cheek Meat for +45 def/dodge, and Stomach Meat Roll for +45 atk/crit.

Thanks. Any Chef interested in trading his / her service for my Alchemist crafting service? We supply our own mats.

Finally got a chance to look up those foods. Dancing Sirloin Roast is exactly what I wanted. But Stomach Meat Roll isn't. I'm looking for increase precision of critical hit, not the damage. Is there a food that does that? Thanks!

SMR does not increase crit damage. It's +45 to crit chance (~1%)

I'm looking for a stronger version of Instant Fried Crab. Is there something like that? SMR is good but I'm kind of worried about the supply and the cost.

Similarly, is there a weaker version of Dancing Sirloin Roast that is more affordable for daily use?

You can get Screw Fin -_-tail (+25crit/atk) for free by playing for 3 hours every day and every hour after you get 1 more. Chef can also make it. Inner Wing Shabu Shabu also give +25 crit.

For Dancing Sirloin Roast you can get Chewy Antenna Noodle for +25 def/parry or Bling Bling Sirloin Steak for 25 parry

Which of those is best for tanks? DPS/Healers obviously prefer SMRs.

I tried DSR on normal Bapho yesterday. I can main tank everything as long as I don't get ganged up upon and Bapho doesn't do any crazy critical.

Hard part of crafting DSR is to get Jelly Gem. The other ingredients are pretty straight forward to gather.

I think it depends on player. I prefer dodge because taking no damage is better than half. Also, parry has a 70% soft cap, which makes dodge more attractive.

Think the 70% soft cap on parry is proven false.

It's not. You can only get 70% with food/pot/stats. Skill can push you past it such as Parrying on warrior, but only while the buff is up.

Yea you are right, just re-read what you said in previous post.

For Knight it's better with Parry food because our dodge sucks. So may as well rely on our trusty shield and defense.

Any easy way to obtain Jelly Gem other than OBB or RHD bosses? I think I will need more DSR at some point.
