every single time i typed my acc info in, this window pops up and says Ragexe.exe has stop working so either i check online for solution or close it.
i tried to patch both client C and R as Admin but it still doesnt work !! Need Help, thanks !!

Assuming you could run RO before on that computer:

First reboot.
Failing that, force a repatch on the most recent patches - you may have missed a patch.
Failing that, something else was probably changed on your system

If this is the first time you're running RO on that system, play with compatibility settings.

does it have to do anything with the sakray patch ?

to force repatch, download this, extract, then delete the patch.inf in your RO folder and replace it with the one in the download, then run patcher as admin. http://drazzy.com/patch/2013-4-3.zip
