I am a *currently* lvl 42 FS Priest.

Ive always had a little trouble with % so when I saw all the stats and whathots I was instantly confused.

My Confusion is due to the fact that there are SOOOOO many guides out there and as I am going to be hitting lvl 50 soon Id rather not have to buy a reset scroll anytime soon.

QUESTION!!!

Is Angelus worth the points?

Does ArchAngel actually help healing power or not?

Did I screw up with Meditato? ( I have it at 4 out of 5 atm.. had a picture but it was lost to the universe)

Should I Max out Sanct?

Angelus, no. It multiplies whatever Defense you currently have instead of adding a direct 9% (if maxed). I have about 12.58% Defense Rate, so a maxed Angelus would bring me up to 13.71% (a whopping 1.13% more damage reduction).
For a tank with 50% Defense Rate, it would bring them up to 54.5%.

Archangel, yes. Your healing is based on your magic power. Maxed Archangel boosts your magic by 25%, thereby boosting all of your heals and DoTs by 25%.

Meditatio isn't bad, but it's generally agreed that leveling other skills would give you more impact. If there's something else you'd rather put into your build, then sure, it's a mistake. Otherwise, it's not going to kill you (or your party) if you have it.

Sanct, I recommend either Lv.1 or Lv.5. Lv.1 suffices for raids since it's needed for the max HP boost when casted with Aspersio (and the healing is enough in conjunction with Sorc AoE heals, which should be there if you need to be casting Sanc). Lv.4-5 has fantastic healing ability though.
Lv.2-3 is kinda.. enh. If you're just using it on a regular party of five members, then your regular combination of HoTs and heals can outheal it. It's still okay for saving time in healing a raid of ten members though.

Yep, definitely no on Angelus.

Archangel is a really nice skill if you have points for it. I didn't get it since I don't like managing that many cooldowns. It's really dependent on a person's playstyle.

I would say a complete no to Meditatio. I would rather stick the points in Sanctuary if I haven't maxed it, or Coluceo heal.

Like Synesthetic said, Sanctuary is either 1 or 5. 1 if you only plan on using it for the 15% HP boost, or 5 if you plan to heal with it. (I also personally like lvl 5 Sanc for Colo :3)

Meditatio isn't bad, but I left it on lv 1 in my current build, since there are a lot of other skills that do better than that keeping in mind the long res CD we got here made me think about getting a higher level of coluseo instead.

If you are going for Archangel you can absolutely leave Sanctuary at lv 1. If your Raid/Party isn't really coordinated your Sanctuary will be a waste- And as the others already said Archangel boost all your healing spells by 25% including Sanctuary.
