So payment related tickets and game related tickets are handled by two different departments. You really NEED to submit a ticket if your concerned about the charges and why maybe the points were not added just yet.
Understand that any reports about hacked accounts, or missing items on an account take time. They are not quick tickets, you will not get a quick response. Our team when they receive those tickets have to escalate them to a supervisor, because of the sensitivity in adding items to an account (replacing or returning hacked items) the supervisors and managers are the only group that can handle these requests. So be patient they will get to it and they will help you out.
Now Pay By Cash is great, they have so many payment options but most of them, not all of them, but many of them have delays before the payment is verified and then the points are credited. We wait to hear back from Pay By Cash's systems before awarding the points, and they don't send that information to us until its processed and confirmed on their system. You can first contact Pay By Cash, that is where I would start, if they get back to you and say that its been confirmed on their end and you don't see the points on your WarpPortal account then go contact our Payment Department and they will be happy to sort it out for you so you get the points you paid for.
