Returning Sakray player...

Well, after several years after quitting iRO, i wanted to log on to check out the renewal patch. I was surprised to find the warpportal logo over the website when i tried to log into my account lol @_@.
Anyway, i haven't played since the period right before old sakray merged into iris so i'm not exactly sure if my account still exists, but I'm trying to place the existing ro account into the warpportal account.
The problem is is that since the GMs changed all account passwords some time ago, i don't know the password and password recovery doesn't seem to work for me either. apparently, on the add game account page, my old account name is listed but there is also the same account name with an _i which i'm assuming was added for the iris transfer.
So with all this transferring and internal workings, i just want to know, does my account even exist?:)
Please is there a GM or tech support i could talk to work this out? I'd use the support center but it says i need a character created and a ro account..

Any stuff on any account that once existed on old Sakray, Iris, Loki, and Chaos are all on Ymir. Gravity never ever deletes accounts so chances are your account is still around.

Just use your RO account ID and whatever character you remember being on it for the account informational stuff when you submit a ticket. You'll have to create a separate WarpPortal Support account if you want to keep track of your tickets.
