Where has the golem quest guy moved to? I am on the new golem map but i cant find him walcking around.

All of the old REQs have been removed now that renewal has been implemented. They've been replaced by Eden Group quests: http://irowiki.org/wiki/Eden_Group

TYVm i found that out over the corse of the next few hours after posting this.. But what are Eden Group Quests?

Did you follow the link to the Wiki page that I provided? It describes the Eden Group quests fairly completely.
