So I was just wondering, if a wizard casts, say, a water emblem, then explode that, and then immediately switch to a fire emblem, what is the effect of the seal explosion?

That is to say, would that wizard get both increased magic from fire emblem AND healing from exploding the water emblem in the middle of battle?

You can only get one effect from Blast Arms at a time, and it does not change if you switch seals early - you keep the exploded effect of whichever seal was active when you use Blast Arms. In your scenario, you'd get the extra healing but not the extra MATK since Fire Arms was not up at the time.
