hello, today i log in as i always do, but al my characters are erased... i really dont know what happened, i have never give my password to anyoneso i dont know why this happened, what can i do?

Maybe you logged in with the wrong client? Theres two in the RO folder

i know there are two launchers, one for renewal and the other for classic, i already check both launchers but there are no characters there
