So I've done a ton of RHDs now and I'm getting quite bored of them. I'd like to move on to Normal mode bapho/PvE but I don't know if I'm ready for it.

What would you say are the requirements for a BM main tank to survive these on normal mode?

I have founder title (derp), 5 x STC, all gear RHD except chest (sandarman), I think 3 of the pieces are dodge/parry, the others haste vigor. All ornaments lvl 50 dodge/parry from the AH. With all that my HP is 8350 with grizzly and blessing buffs. Is that good enough?

I've been told Grizz HP req is 8k, though I was well above that before I started.

Try OTing PVE arena first in my opinion. (Use a potion whenever adds spawn to generate threat, stun to knock them down). Just so you get a feel for how the raid works.

MTing is actually simpler to do, but you take a lot more damage and your health will be spiking pretty badly at that level.

Definitely read a guide before you begin and pay attention to the things you will be doing in your role OTing/MTing

http://ro2maniacs.bl...rena-guide.html

We just used that when we first started. Non-engrish version, just dealing with the tanking aspect.

All fights:
MT: Face boss away from group. Try to position yourself outside of small AoEs. Tank the boss close enough to the ranged group so they can kill any adds you pull.
OT: Grab all adds. If MT drops, grab the boss until the party recovers. If you accidentally grab aggro, make sure the boss is correctly positioned facing away from the ranged DPS group. Don't stand in any AoE and try to be mobile if you're not tanking the boss.

Boss 1:
MT: Tank normally, face boss away from group.
OT: Grab adds.

Boss 2:
MT: Tank normally, face boss away from group, adjust boss position so you don't stand in the AoE.
OT: Grab adds, stay out of AoE.

Boss 3:
MT and OT both take one boss. DO NOT SEPARATE THE BOSSES OR THEY WILL KILL YOU. You have 10 minutes before you die in this fight.

MT: Tank blue crab generating threat until it is around 70k HP, then DPS all switches to red crab. DO NOT KILL BLUE CRAB, only generate enough threat to keep aggro. AA + provoke should be plenty. Yell at any DPS who continue to attack blue crab until red is dead. Stay out of all AoEs (especially the blue one, it snares you)

OT: Tank red crab normally. Stay out of all AoEs. (especially the blue one, it snares you). If the MT has to reposition his boss, make sure you reposition too so you are still close to him but not in any AoE. Yell at any DPS who continue to attack blue crab below 70k HP until your crab is dead and they switch back to blue one.

General fight: DPS blue crab to 70k, then kill red crab, then finish off blue crab. If they don't die within ~10 seconds of each other, they'll probably kill everyone.

Boss 4:
MT: Tank normally, ignore AoEs. Have a mana potion ready in this fight because he'll drain your aggro.
OT: Grab all adds, yell at anyone who wastes time trying to kill the repair add. Stay out of AoEs.

Boss 5:
MT: Tank normally.
OT: Grab all adds, stay out of AoE (mid range), make sure Afanc adds get killed off.

Boss 6:
MT: Tank normally, you will probably be stunned/silenced for most of this fight.
OT: GRAB ALL ADDS. It is very important to control the adds in this fight. Use a red potion as soon as they spawn to pull them, the adds silence on hit, if the priest pulls them, everyone will die.

Boss 7:

Want to win? Chain pull I guess.

If you want to do it legit,

MT grab High Wiz and Ranger, try to grab the Assassin if you can too, but he is a lot like Eremes and is hard to control, don't chase after him, because it'll cause chaos with the other bosses following you. Make sure High Wiz is not near the DPS group because she is PAINFUL. The ranger is kind of whatever.

OT grab LK + HP and tank off to the side of DPS group, just hold them there as best you can, make sure priest stays away from the other bosses. Watch out for the LK's spinning attack, it can deal like 7~8k damage.

DPS group needs to burn down the assassin ASAP, being aware that he will insta-kill two random people.
