I also hoped my model swapping guide helped out a bit.

BTW All the eyes are DDS textures. so people can edit them if they please. just be-careful how eyes are edited though >;3

Also, i'm very much interested in-re-texturing the environment with a more snowy season coming this winter. (BGDATA Contains the neccessary environment texture files)
Who wouldn't want a snowy season in all zones? :3

I've just started looking into vdk editing and I haven't had time to see what people have achieved with it yet. While, after finishing this post, I will continue looking for and fiddling with what I'm trying to do, I'm hereby also asking if any of you possibly already have the answer and/or solution to what I'm trying to achieve (in bold below).
You know when in combat and this most annoying popup appears to show your "finisher" skill, informing you that you may now press the F button to execute this popup skill?
So yeah, this popup is what I'm looking to have removed, or at least have it turned totally invisible/transparent. I don't want to see it, at all If anyone knows how to do this, in one way or another, I would much appreciate your help! You can either reply in this thread or, if you'd rather, send me a PM.

Hi everyone! I just wanna ask som'n. I was trying to mod the color patterns of the normal dye, I have managed to make it work but the problem is when I'm going to change the color of my costume, the color won't change as if nothing happened. :|

Hey everyone,
I was inactive for a while because I quited Ro2 cause of... everyone of you knows why if I mention the endgame content right now.
So I'm going to play Ro2 again as soon as the Noels are there and then I'll keep going with my UI. Gonna start all over, but I got some nice ideas I want to try. I'll keep you all updated about the work.
And Klyde nice work with that "if I could I would" UI Looks awesome. Was thinking about the same when I saw the UI of RO2 xD but I don't think that Ro2 Scrips are capable of that.

hrmm.. i wanted to change the damage font (numbers) to my illegible handwriting but editing the vdk isnt the way to do it it seems =S
i think it's locked to 'that' font, only managed to flesh out the numbers and change their color

is it just me or is the customized vdk no longer supported anymore? i've put back the customized UI & transparent vip tag... it doesn't seems to load anymore. God Dammit, the Vip Tag is an EYESORE & i want it BEGONE from my screen!
ok. screw that. talked to someone & have to repack it on the origin for now to make it work... no more separate file...
... TSK TSK TSK... now i have to track the back up file. damn bummer.

Update: Works again! However this time the file is a lot heavier. Place the new UI.vdk in your DATA folder and BACKUP your old UI.vdk somewhere else. Restart the client!

They are stringing to the main files, they have done what other companies who have used the same engine, it's still possible to change which files are pointed at, but it takes longer.

complete UI makeover is a lot of job compare to UI texture editing only
some of the script uv is xxyy while other xyxy
