i'm using win xp

i got this error when i'm using my alchemist and i warp to prontera, then suddenly when i got to prontera i got this error,every time i log in my alchemist i still got this error, i have tried my sader and go to pront too, and i got this error again in my sader, and same thing as my blacksmith,

but my monk that is in aldebaran is just fine and no errors

please help me, my buyer and seller characters are trap in prontera, and my main sader is in prontera too i can't play them, please
