I think someone already brought up the subject about fishing in the game when everyone is asleep or afk, etc. I just can't quite remember who it was who came up with the idea first.

But anyways, I would like to state my proposal of the game mechanics about fishing throughout the whole lands of iRO.

I know a lot of people said fishing for zenny, fishing for items and equips, etc; but how about fishing for some type of token or vouchers? which can then be exchanged throughout the game almost like the blank card concept with the kafra, or either fish for KvM badges or something!

Or just for the sake of fishing, fish for the fun of it; just for the sprite or character position and aesthetics.

Fishing in RO has been requested for years. Closest we've gotten is the fishing quest in Ayothaya and the New World fishing.

If they do implement fishing, all water areas (streams, rivers, ponds, etc.) in every part of the world should be fishable. You can get items like fish, seaweed, boots, etc. in addition to a chance of snatching up a fish monster that'll try to kill you.

Fishing bots everywhere would likely happen. I've seen them in plenty of other games.

if they did something like this it would have to be something thats account bound to keep it from being abused... perhaps things like various BG medals (KVM, Bravery, Valor) and Hugel prize medals would be good items... not alot at a time and not at 100% rate

unfortunately kRO clearly passed over opportunities to make legit minigames when they added fishing activities to new world and such without a proper mini game-- which indicates they aren't willing to spend time on it, yet are aware of the possibility of such a mini game.

Make it so the less LUK you have, the higher the chance!
Or we can make it more interesting and have players fish up random MVPs.

I like your suggestions, maybe something like BG medals KVM the whole 9 yards; for a certain time period lets say you get 100KVM medals for 1000 hours of fishing, or something ridiculous like that because honestly... Knowing these people who have the tendency of screwing the system over...

Yeah... There would be thousands of accounts created just for that main purpose to fish for the medals.
