Hi, How can I do if the Saintess death during the travel ?

I never actually failed that quest, but my guess would be to bring up your quest log with L, select the quest and abandon it, then go back to where you get it and you can try again.

TIP: When you do that quest click saintess and just walk/run ahead of her towards the end area just keep the distance @ less then 20m so it won't fail and try avoiding mobs.

What? Doesn't she have like 3000 hp during that quest? How can you kill her? The only way i see to fail tha quest is if you went past 20 meters.

If any of you are reading this and you boogered the mission up press the 'L' button and abandon it then restart it
