I m having problem with iro, when ever I will login my account it crashes, it shows problem palette/(and smothing) not found, when this problem will fix

The following procedure apparently fixes this problem:
Warning: Making any errors while editing the Registry could break your Windows installation. If you're not proficient at using computers, then you should create a restore point using System Restore before editing the Registry, which will enable you can undo your changes if you make any errors.

- Press Windows-R (the Windows key and the R key).
- Type "regedit", then press enter.
- In the left pane, navigate to and expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE.
- Select "Gravity Soft", then press the delete key.
- Press "yes".

I thought that error was what you got if you used the pre-renewal client to connect after renewal update. Have you downloaded the new client?
