It says 25%, but while using the irowiki database's calculator, it only increases the damage by 16.8%?

Pretty sure it is because of how renewal works with atk calculations.
It isn't like pre-renewal where it is a flat 25% increase of your damage, it only increases your atk by 25%... not total damage..
