Am I having a problem entering Colo to all my characters or did they change the settings for Colo entrance which means you can only enter one character per account?

Can anyone clarify this. If this true, this game would be boring on my part.

Your just having a problem, i entered with my Monk and Ranger yesterday on the same account

check the time maybe when you enter the other one colo is done. check out the colo time and if you are not then maybe youre just having problems. but I am very sure you can colo your 2 char in 1 account.
