i know the problems that you're having now but... i have waiting a lot of time for an answer about my request.

2 weeks ago after maint ( June 5th). i was upgrading my pvp weapon using karnium, but the upgrade failed and my pvp rod got broken ...

i think that is a bug because if the item says that it protects the item after a failed upgrade ...

i sent a ticket telling about that problem and i kept waiting for an answer around a week... and at june 12, i received an answer saying that maybe i can't get back my pvp weapon because, they don't process that kind of issues ... but if i'd like to process my unique process time ( 1 per account ) ... its my choice and they can accept or reject my request (from the answer i get the last is the probably answer)...

i think it should be right on regular situations, but i was upgrading with karnium.... sp, i accepted to proceed with the request, but i'm still waiting for an answer...

i don't know how many people have had this problem, but 2 or 3 days ago, on general chat. some people who have had the same problem, were talking about that and said that they are still waiting for an answer, too...

i just want to know if GMs will accept or reject this requests ... because is a bit anyoning to play with this restlessness.

I think the only reason you're having a hard time is because my head almost exploded reading your post. I only clicked this because I've been hearing karnium doesn't work as intended.

Kafra Shop Karnium or PvP Karnium? If the PvP one I've hear it has a low chance of letting a fail break. Did you take screenshots while upgrading? I plan on doing that if I ever do some overuograding with Karnium to cover myself.

Why do you ppl blaming this guy? , I mean you buy a karnium is a item what protect the upgrade 100% and you blaming him for a bug? lol? If that happens to me and has 0 response of gms I would stop playing this game for sure......this game is bugged as hell and if this is real, this is a scam! more if you are using real money to get karniums

Actually, the karnium can protect, but it's not a perfect upgrade item. so there's tons of chances of something to break/end up failing to upgrade going back to the original stats.

can some comunity manager clarify this? I see a tons of post, with ppl saying the karnium has a bug, other ppl saying is safe to upgrade with karnium to +10 and other ppl saying is only safe to +9 . who is right? I Think if the karnium item dont protect 100 % the item should indicate this in his description, for my opinion I Think this is a bug, but dont sure 100% of this because I dont see any gm answering this.

if it true which game have record of it, i would say RO2 is a scam. honestly i would be super piss if I dont get my item back and 100% quit without a doubt.

i'm still working on my pvp weapon, and saved 33 karnium along with hundred of orideon piece. hope when i start upgrade, it doesnt happen to me or game over.

I once read it's safe to +8, afterwards no longer. When did your upgrade fail, OP?

And this should definitely be mentioned in the game if it's true !

Now, I'm not a CM or GM. I'm a normal player. I've never once held a piece of it to know that. This is the kind of behavior I just said to stop. You could have chosen better words than try to make me look stupid.

Could a CM please address this before I ragequit from my colo weapon breaking at +10 with karnium?
And imo if OP's story is completely true, the piece of equipment should be restored.
