I seemed to have made a mistake in the account I bought WP for. I thought my main account was under my normally-used email but, as it turns out, it wasn't. So basically, I paid $15 to put the VIP+KP package on an account that has no characters on it anymore. Is there a way to get the creds and VIP transferred? I submitted a ticket, but it seems tickets will take a long while to get resolved, due to the high traffic, so a more user-oriented manner of transfer would be appreciated if anyone knows how. Otherwise, I suppose I'll just buy the items on a new character on that account and just roll with it. I wanted them on my other account, because I just recently got to Kagerou and have other items on it that I would like to keep. Also don't want to just pay for a character transfer. Thanks in advance!

TL;DR - I put $15 of VIP+KP on an empty account by mistake; is there a way to transfer the service and points to another account?
