Otherwise I'd tell you to put Aura Blade back to 1, max Tension Relax and get level 3 Parrying. Also, if you want to go Battle Tactics I suggest you read up on LuBu's guide - you need all the INT and AGI you could get and your base stat is lacking INT.
If you want to go for a slightly more offensive route, you can get Berserk 5/5 instead of Aura Blade, since you can use that and Aura Armour at the same time.

I'm also trying something out(going 50agi/27vit) so I can dodge attacks. Since Defender benefits your dodge/defense/parry.

Whoa, completely missed Rage Control.Am I the only one shocked by level 1 rage control (and level 1 tension relax)?
Not using Tension Relax at all... OK, I guess you wouldn't really need more than 50 Rage if that's the case. But TR is pretty damn good to pass up, and for that you need RC.
My main issue is still having both Aura Armour and Aura Blade, though. Go with AA for hybrid/tank or AB for full DPS then max the aforementioned skills-

Here's my build, and that's how I think an off-tank warrior skills should be.

Well, as far as I know from the discussions here, it's not the best idea to rely on Tension Relax as your only "OH SH**!"-button.
I'd rather drop Aura Blade to 1 and get Parry and Edure to 3.
