Since public chat was SO helpful in answering me with sarcastic comments, I hope I get a decent answer here.
I see sorcs in colo do JT with cast time that's way less than what mine is.
They cast it in about half the time I take to do so, giving them the chance to do more (and KS more).
So would that be because of the high Haste Rate that their equipment gives them?
'cuz I've noticed that the ones that had it were people with colo weps.
I don't think it's JT mastery because they did it without casting cold bolt at all (start of colo, was observing a sorc kill someone).

Foresight - instant 3 spells...
I usually cast it 2 sec before Battle begin then FD -> JT -> CB... aaand if target is far enough i'am able to cast another instant JT since Foresight "stack" dissapear after spell hit the target, so when it takes bolt to fly long enough u get 1 extra insta-cast on still frozen enemy.

True. Thanks
Would it be possible to have your haste rate so high it makes your casting much faster?

Well I am wearing full colo gear with acc and all and got 37,05% haste with wind arms. With a Pump Up Pill you get 42%, and if you eat a heavenly sausage you might get another 1-2%.
But yeah, the memorize combo is the most deadly, most people use FD -> JT -> VS -> JT, so you get an easy 2 JT out while enemy in freeze ^^
