I need help for my future Oboro for pvp/woe, what's the best type and skills?

Kunai splash and Explosive Kunai are good skills for pvp and woe?

most skills have some use.... its all dependent on how you use them... there is no "Best Type" build wise...

Kunai splash and Explosive Kunai give a good damage in pvp and woe?

kunai explosion will give the better damage always but the aoe is tiny.... you would play more of a support role than a killer role using throwing skills..
