I don't think anyone's going to take an RHD monk in CoA. You could go as a DPS or off tank, but tank? Even I have a hard time. I suggest working on Colo if you haven't already (should have done it ASAP), and work on Bapho/PvE raids. Or skip the raids and craft Rise and Fall equips then try out for CoA.

If you have full RHD, your path to getting Epic Gears will follow to Normal Mode Raids (Baphomet's Garden/PvE Arena). When you are locked out of the raid, your raid lockouts are resetted at Wednesday and Sunday. RHD Gear won't be able to handle hardmodes that well unless you have a really good team. But my bets are you should learn Normal Mode Raids.
Whenever you are locked out you should do OBB runs for mats to craft epic gears.
From my experience seeing tanks in CoA N/H, High Defense Rating and HP is definitely wanted. Bosses in CoA will shred your defense rating and you will take heavy damage.

If you are a tank, everybody will ask you for HP, so low hp = no invites. If you have lots of zeny you can buy crafted items like Rukaroa said.

If your RHD pieces are the Tank spec ones then you can focus on your HP. Invest in VIP or VIT runes and you should be able to do GoB/PvE H as soon as you get 2 pieces of Normal Raid gear. Craft materials are good but can be quite expensive. VIP, if you don't arleady ahve it, will give you many beneficial boosts for the cost of maybe 1-2 pieces of craft gear.
