If a noobie or veteran player wants to use bill of birds item turn in by buying them from the npc why not let them? Most newbies aren't even aware of the npc sells them anyway so they buy them from bots. Whats worse, funding bots or buying items from a npc to power level to only level 31?

the King Poring Hat adds -1 to -5 Dex everytime you unequip it if it's +6 or higher.

+6 = +1 dex +1 luk *bonus=+1luk* & *bonus= -1 dex when unequiiped*

+7 = +1 dex +1 luk *bonus=+2luk* & *bonus= -2 dex when unequiiped*

 

Yes, negative Dex until you relog.

That is hilarious.

 

 

Also, in case no one has mentioned this yet, the Hode NPC is broken.  When you select "gather items," it gives you the options to hunt hodes, and when you select "hunt hodes," the NPC glitches and the dialogue ends.  Please fix asap.

The exp event wouldn't be to benefit high-level players. I don't need an exp event, or even a stellar day, to get all the exp I want.

 

There's been numerous discussions on incentives to bring in (and back) news players to Classic, this is one in particular that I think would be effective.
