I started playing rose again since 6 months. First few days there were no problems untill one day I couldn't talk anymore in all chat, trade chat, or whisper and I can't change my shop name either, Already reinstalled the game, maintenance didn't help either so i wonder how this could be fixed..

Already have sent tickets too but they just won't reply..
