Alice or Cranial shield for Bio MVP ?

You would probably want cranial because alice makes non MVP actually do more damage. Since they are all demi human the cranial would make the non MVP bios do less damage as well.

For more survivability Cranial,since It will reduce the damage from the slaves too, and with alice you will get 40% more damage from the slaves
