Ok so I did the quest on my AB however I did not receive the hat because apparently I was over exceeding my weight limit. Is there anyway I can get this hat?

When you miss a reward due to being o/w, if the npcs don't sort it out automatically, you need to contact the GMs via the support ticket system.
