While leveling my now High Archer, I decided to try Arrow Repel, since I got it for free. (Yay transing!)I last used it on a Hunter <x> years ago.

Dirty thing now has a cast time. Pretty long one too, at least at level 20.

Though, the question now is, does it have a fixed cast time, like AV? Or is it all variable?

Don't know if it's correct, but somewhere it said it had 1.5s fixed, uninterruptible cast time.
