in the description for both the rogue treasure and cold heart it says you get +8% to medium monsters and 3 aspd however when i put it on it only gives 1 not 3 is this a bug ?
cold heart and rogue treasure give 1 aspd not 3?

Every two upgrades to the weapon gives Aspd +1%.
In game item descriptions are not always reliable as they are either mistranslated or never fixed to the appropriate wording. Use http://db.irowiki.org/db/ for correct descriptions on items abilities.
