I bought a month's subscription the other day, and I got the code in my email for a free month. I wanted to add it onto my account, but then I tried to add it, it keeps saying "There has been an error with the product information". I know I'm typing the right code because I'm just copying and pasting. But I dunno if I'm adding it to the right section. I clicked on "Power Up", logged in, then clicked on "Redeem Coupons".
