why is it so bad? I do not get the formula at all, I pretty much do 1300-1400 on everything non-undead/shadow per tick with a +4 long horn, with a +4 tae goo, I do 1500-1600 per tick which is horrible cause it costs 100 sp to do it not to mention that it hurts me too, so I waste even more white potions in addition to those i use for mobbing cause my heal isn't enough to keep up half the time...

and if i do heal afterwards, just means I use more sp, i feel like a bad ME priest with a tiny AoE (miss alot too even if they r close enough to atk me), less dmg, mediocre healing, and a poor sp regain.

when I do hit undead/shadow lvl 4, i do 7,000-10,000 per tick, which makes no sense to me since holy is only 200% better on them, not 600%.

I can't even kill undead/shadow lvl 1 with a single grand cross >.< that only does around 3,000 dmg per tick.

so basically, non-undead/shadow is a total of 5,000 dmg if hit by all 3 ticks (if i'm lucky)

lvl 1 undead/shadow is a total of 9,000

lvl 4 undead/shadow is a total of 30,000 dmg tops

do not use doddler RE calc to explain anything, it is still in beta, and the formula for GC on it is messed up at the moment.

The skill clearly needs to be reviewed in renewal. The damage formula is terrible but, worse than that, the automatic HP loss (20% hp + dmg) becomes too high a drawback when going 3rd job that one cannot even consider using it.

I mentioned this in some other discussions so far but here are other issues with GC in renewal:
1) Entire skill has fixed cast time without variable cast time. This removes isilla bonus benefit and dex doesn't affect the cast anymore
2) GC damage either misses ghost property entirely or partially damages with a neutral weapon. By default it should be holy not some kind of pseudo neutral property.
3) Grand Cross still fires after being stunned or stone curse. Then it only damages the player and not enemies. It should be either one or the other. So if I don't damage the enemy, it shouldn't damage me either.
4) Now that heal has been nerfed, the HP penalty for GC is way too much. It's now virtually impossible to use GC without white pots against a larger, stronger mob considering the cast time in equation as well.

Please review these issues Gravity.
