Patch Notes v.0.2.70

 

Bug Fix

• Galaxia Dungeons wrong opening bug fixed
• Monsters attacking while in NPC dialogue fixed
• Map portals bugs fixed
• Party move bug inside Galaxia Dungeon lobby fixed
• Monster spawn in Pegasus dungeon fixed
• Galaxia NPC text issues
• Completion of Pegasus F7 bug fixed

Events

• 2X EXP event: Extended to 7/16!
• The Enchantment Event +16 - +20 Items will be changed within the coming days. They should be changed by the end of the week. 
• The Skill Point + 1 (5) Item Mall item will be taken out by the end of today (7/10/13) so if you want to put up some extra points, do it today!
• Starting on Friday (July 12th, 2013), Players who venture into Elga (Black Claw Nest) and complete the dungeon will receive x1 Bloody Crystal Gacha! If you feel adventurous enough, the you complete Elga again and win up to 5 Bloody Crystal Gachas! This will only last until the end of Sunday PDT (July 14th,2013) so once Friday lands, act first!

Skills

Detection

• Decrease magic defense of enemies in the range by 30%. Affected enemies cannot use Hide skill for 16 seconds.

what about profession item not being sellable, don't tell me the dev going to ignore like they ignore the market bug for 6+ months before they fix it.

Shazam, might want to make a post or announcement about the +16-+20 upgrades and how/when they will be distributed. Myself and many other players understand how it works (that it will take some time) but I'm already getting messages from players wondering why their gear wasn't upgraded.

There's still invisible walls all over the place :\ I can't create a party, either. I can't enter dungeons because of that, and am blocked off from multiple areas.

It was announced on Gpot and SEA that they wouldn't be sellable anymore. I don't why it was left out of the patch notes here.

There's still invisible walls all over the place :\ I can't create a party, either. I can't enter dungeons because of that, and am blocked off from multiple areas.

Where are you encountering invisible walls, specifically? I'll go check it myself and see if I run into the same problem. I'm in Odellia right now and I haven't run into any yet (dashing all over the map trying to find any).

 

EDIT: I've checked everywhere in Odellia and no invisible walls for me. It sounds to me like maybe your client became corrupted at some point, either during installation or patching. Have you turned off anti-virus software and closed all programs while installing/patching? Have you been installing/patching over an Ethernet connection or Wi-Fi?

I am encountering them in Port of Winds. I also can't get anywhere because of the portal glitches. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice now, and still have the same problem. It was done over wifi.

Hm, well I know in the past I've seen it mentioned that downloading over Wi-Fi can sometimes lead to problems/file corruptions if the Wi-Fi is spotty or interrupted during the download. Perhaps that could be part of the issue, but it's hard to say for sure.

for the invisible walls-  download the latest ds version off the website and reinstall.  this worked for me.

i believe the invisible walls happen because of ds not patching correctly (using old map limits as opposed to new maps ie. old odellia map limits being used in odellia new map).  downloading the latest version of the game installing the patch worked for me.
