For people who converted points from the UGC, you should have the boxes in your mail box!
Regarding the +16 - +20 event, that should be completed by the end of this week. The same could be said for the Bloody Gachas!
It's only supposed to be Car Pet Gachas right? Because I got Easter Pet Gacha Box 2s instead of Car Pet Gacha Box 2s.

I bought $100 dollars worth of UGC I see nothing in mail.
When did you convert the points? If you did it within the past few days, expect the boxes on the next 2 week run.

So I double checked and if you haven't been awarded fully today, you will be awarded with the next drop.
And the correct boxes have been placed in your mail boxes. I am 100% sure of that.
Regarding the +20 Enchantment Event. It seems it will be a lot easier if you are either equipping the item or have the item in the 1st 5 slots of your equipment tab. It seems having the item in your vault makes things a lot harder. So please either eq the +16 item or have it in the 1st 5 slots of your bag.
