Now before people start pointing out all the horrible things with this build, it is intended to be a pure PvE build with RHDs being the most I'll ever do (not that anyone would want a BM like this in a raid). I'm looking for a human form DPS build with grizzly stuck in there for off-tanking in lowbie dungeons. Just for fun.

I maxed out all the human form skills I could find, but then I had trouble using up the remaining points for the tank-side. Any recommendations?

Looks pretty good to me. I'd make these changes though.

Put your extra point in Beast Roar for less cooldown on the low dungeons. I'm unsure how low you consider low dungeons to be, if we're talking Payon and under, then you *could* lower the Grizzly Form by up to 2 points, as this will keep the threat high for Main Tanks, but not low enough that you can't steal aggro. Beast Tornado you could lower down to one due to the threat conversion (50% damage converted to threat). Brutal Strike is usually used in PvP and/or Colosseum. Your Fury Strike can reach Brutal Strike's DPS, and can be spammed, as opposed to Brutal Strike with a 20 second Cooldown. Lower it to 0 for 5 more points. Or not, you're a DPS. Every last bit of damage matters. Tiger Form... You can keep it. It's actually really fun to use, looks cool, and at max level runs as fast as a Peco Peco, however, lower it if you want extra points. Place the remaining 1-12 points into any of these. Here's a build I just made that seems optimal for your role, feel free to modify.

Hopefully this helps. :p_hi:

RECOMMENDED

BeastRoarIcon_zps72ca5f32.png

Beast Roar: Just one ore two more points. 6-9 seconds less on Cooldown as opposed to a mere 3. Depends on how often you're planning to OT lower dungeons.

FeralDefenseIcon_zps5d6e1710.png

Feral Defense: Again for the Off-Tank Role. Thing is, you may need to main tank depending on the situation. If the tank dies for a reason or another, bring your threat up on the meter and pop this. You have to be strategic with its use however, as someone could steal threat back. If you choose this, 3 points minimum. Works best with full Grizzly. Depends how often you're going to lower dungeons. Probably not worth it long term.

WildImpactIcon_zps7d9253d6.png

Wild Impact: You'll have a stun skill usable every 30 seconds, which gives you a semi-tank ability usable in DPS. note that it does no damage, but gives a few moments to generate Beast Power, and for the party to recuperate.

NOT RECOMMENDED

FrenzyIcon_zps9291e15d.png

Frenzy: This I do not recommend. Using this can lower your DPS. Quoting Finraziel's post on my Collaborated BM Guide. Requires Beast Form.

Frenzy... Frenzy is bad. At least for DPS purposes. It's useless, and I don't think it deserves so much praise for its defensive value either.
I've calculated the damage using maxed Wild Crush, Rage Smash, and Fury Strike, counting 1.4s for Wild Crush and Fury Strike and 2.4s for Fury Strike (measured in game). Assuming Frenzy to also take 1.4s. Assuming a single target.
Without Frenzy, you do WC RS RS RS FS twice, costing 8 seconds each. Then with 5.4 seconds left (20 seconds Frenzy duration + time to cast Frenzy) lets you RS about 4 more times. This comes out to 492% damage, and 40 BP left (which if you would now follow up with a FS would add another 28% damage).
With Frenzy, you'd go: Frenzy (no damage), [WC, RS, FS, RS, RS, FS] x 2 (sequence costs 10.4 seconds). This does 562% damage, but it leaves you with 0BP. Adding the 28% damage from the stored BP of the sequence without Frenzy, this gives you an 8% damage boost. An 8 % damage boost over 20 seconds with a 2 minute cooldown for 5 skillpoints... Not worth it.
I wont type out the calculation as well for defensive use either, but that comes out to 5 cruel bites without frenzy or 7 cruel bites with it (over the 20 second duration). Two extra cruel bites every two minutes might help keep you alive in a crisis situation, but I think it's very situational and probably not worth it.

BearFormIcon_zps24554455.png

Bear Form: The significance in damage is low. You want a human build anyways, so no extra points here.

BeastTornadoIcon_zps050a888a.png

Beast Tornado: Generates threat, no good for solo enemies. It's in the BM forte to deal with single enemies. For tanking situations you might just want to keep it at two. It's the only other way to control aggro other than potions and tab target wailing. However, since you're DPS and (most likely) don't want the 50% damage to threat, leave it lower than max.

BeastChargeIcon_zps2fad61eb.png

Beast Charge: It's a slow gap closer, only good in PvP for the stun, does no damage, and can actually get stuck (which IMO is amusing sometimes). Running over with an attack skill is faster and you get damage in. You need a Beast Form for it anyways. In OT situations, you're better off with Beast Roar.

NEUTRAL

TigerFormIcon_zps357d8375.png

Tiger Form: It's not that bad of a skill. If you accidentally get unwanted mobs you can run around a bit with this to shake them off. Only real downside is that it can't be used for combat. Such a shame.

SurvivalIcon_zpsafe7ac06.png

Survival: Have to say, good on ya for opting to max it. Even as a DPS this skill can come in handy when CB just doesn't cut it, and it helps the party. Only downside is that you may not actually use it much and it requires Beast Form, but it depends on play style I suppose.

EDIT: Most descriptions on RO2 Skill Sim are innacurate to iRO2. Use RO2Base. Cruel Bite for example is actually a self-heal that always will deal damage and heal 10% Max HP.

EDIT II: Added a little more because I felt my response wasn't sufficient.

Thank you for that. ^^ Decided to go with http://www.ro2skills...?106fhOrBrFqBeC. I would be running dungeons only for the quests for leveling and no more. I figured I would advertise myself as DPS but if it was too difficult to find a party, grizzly form was backup.

Tiger form is mostly for the movespeed since it's faster than a peco peco mount, plus there isn't much else to put the points into.

And I use ro2skillsim only because it's easier for me to read. I know ro2base is more accurate but I hate the layout.

According to the Beastmaster Guide, the HP gain from Cruel Bite doesn't increase with level. If that's the case, I would say remove 4 points from it and add to either Beast Charge or Feral Defense.

Beast Charge helps with leveling when you wanna close in on an enemy (I think. I don't have that skill yet XD)

Indeed, HP Gain from Cruel Bite is a constant 10%, but due to DPS status it's a nice boost in recovery with 33% damage at max.

Beast Charge, I use it quite a bit just for the animation (Grizzly Spindash lol). It's okay, but it's -barely- faster than regular running speed, so the choice on using this skill is yours if you want a three second stun (where you're in animation still for roughly 1 second, giving you 2 seconds to attack).

DPS BM advertising isn't -too- hard. It's doable. However BM is mainly a tank, and there are too many classes that out-DPS a DPS Focused BM, which is about everyone. Upside is the versatility in ability to switch roles, so focusing points in Grizzly helps you a tonne there. Still, many people tend to assume BM is a DPS if they haven't seen one in action. So there's a plus.

EDIT: Yeah, I figured as much with the Tiger. VIP Mounts are the same speed as Tiger before other buffs (such as VIP status, wind elixirs, movement buffs from other skills, etc.) Most builds for Beastmaster end up with a lot of extra points, average seems to be 4 extra, based on 20 different builds.
