Okay, my kag is 102/7 I guess. I resetted him when Mesmerist was leaving so I didn't put anything on his stats nor skills till I knew a build or something.
I don't prettend to MvP with him, at least if he can..
I don't know what I want him for.. Does it have any use? If so I could try gearing him up and lvling, but idk..
WoE? PvP? PvM? MvP? Anything?

i MVP with my Kagerou all the time.... so do a few other members of my guild.... GTB, Lady Tanee, Phreeoni, Maya, Drake, Mistress, Moonlight Flower, Dracula, White Lady, Turtle General, Lord of the Dead, Osiris, Amon Ra... all soloable (confirmed kills) and thats in the 120-130 level range... ive seen high level Kagerou trolling in PVP but RT is the only really viable killing skill in PVP (consistent killing skill)... KS is also viable for killing in PVP but shouldnt be used vs MVPs

Awesome! What build do you use to kill MvP's? RT & KS for PvPing, got it.

Im a hybrid... i can use magic and throwing... throwing works best for most MVPs (minus ghost types)... using a combination of Swirling petals (for mobs) and Kunai Explosion for the MVP itself...

Kunai Explosion deals decent dmg. with 5/5 EA grimtooth and quad AK mg(or elemental 2/ Race 2 carded MG) deals significant dmg. with asp(or endow) and odin, striking. its doable to two~2 shot most of low tier mvps. i dealt around 200k on fake valks on ET. orc hero get knocked out after 2 ~3 kunai with throw kunai mixed in. you need massive reduc to actually tank high tier mvp but something like Orc Load and Orc Hero, I was able to kill it while tanking it(earth proof is required + immune at least)
