using chaos panic in town... If this is illegal why is it allowed? Also, what are dead branches for if this constitutes as harassment? We all know ppl use DBs to pk...
A two day ban is no big deal but there are major holes in this kind of reasoning...

Because the GMs are far from all knowing geniuses that can predict every which way you're going to attempt to grief someone with a poorly designed skill for Korea.

It is allowed or it isn't simple as that, rules should be concrete and not meant for the ones in charge to rule what is right or wrong

It's just like real life. You are allowed to have a knife to chop veges and all but if you kill someone with it, you go to jail. Simple as that. Everything is good unless you misuse it

I think people have to largely disregard your post since you clearly aren't going to tell the truth and self-implicate yourself in a crime. If you were banned for using chaos panic you were clearly griefing people with it.

Yes, I already have admited that. Maybe you are deaf? My point is "harassment" has always been allowed in ragnarok in the form of Dead branches, I'd argue it is a more extreme form than what I am being punished for, spawning chaos panic in town... If what i did was illegal, logically speaking.. selling or using dead branches should be illegal as well.

Using dead branches with the express purpose of killing other users will get you suspended as well.

I knew someone would comment on this, since my arguments have few holes in its logic I knew someone would pick at this. It was a figure of speech, pretend we were speaking in person if you will.
The unintelligent ones are so predicable.
Players will set a price that they believe an item will sell at. Players should be using dead branches in order to summon a random monster to fight.
If you truly believe this, I have no argument.

It's been 10 years and with all the stupid bans/nonbans that have happened in this game, you're... surprised?
My guess is they allow you to griefing so they can suspend accounts. Especially in town. It's ridiculously easy to prove and provides them a free "look, we're doing work!"

Its an honest point, why allow something if its a bannable offense. You all know that people DB just to screw with people every since we all outleveled all the monsters in them. If you want to have something fun to do thats for exp or loot you bloody branch.
The reason db was taken out of towns was because people abused them. Same went for polymorphing things for a while. Gravity knows that what the community does with skills and such and they are not new over here anymore. Not saying they are the smartest but really they know people abuse skills that kill others in town. So its stupid to have it were it can be used in town or ban people for allowing it. You didnt get banned in the past for DBing people in town because thats just what they were made to do. And if he did use it in town and it got away from him and it killed someone how is it that persons fault anyways.
Dont be stupid and turn this into a burn fest. He asked it respectfully and if you dont have anything intelligent to say keep your smart ass comments to yourself
