CEB desc:
"If upgraded to +5 or higher, increases Physical damage to and reduces Physical damage from [Demi Human] monsters by 2% per refine level."
Does this mean the reduction effect starts only AT +5 or +0? Meaning if I had a +7 for example, will I only have 4% reduction total or 14%? Just making sure cuz we can never trust in-game descriptions. Just found out both RPB and CEB reduce both physical and magical damage.

Also, CEB and RPB both reduce both physical and magic damage, contrary to descs.
