What you're asking for does not exist. There are many good builds that excel at different things, and hybrids all throughout which bridge the gaps between those different builds. Look around more and find out what you want: Raids or PvP (duels, colo, or WoE)? From there, people will be able to advise you better based on what you are looking for in terms of "end-game" material.
