Hi, folks.

 

I came in today and have 50+ new private messages regarding this event ending, so I wanted to address the details here.

 

First, we will be able to tell if you have 100 guild members, so you don't need to feel that you need to get that info to us. If you did have 100, and then some members left with intent to drop you below 100, then please let me know that so we can verify.

 

Second, we will contact the guild leader (or officers, if leader is unavailable) if you won.

 

Third, the two options for the capes you can select is the emblem and the color of the cape. Cape cannot be transparent or invisible (I've been asked that). Emblem does NOT have to be the emblem that is in-game, and can be a new emblem for the cape, if you want. Please avoid offensive or copyrighted material when sending in emblems.

 

The capes will not be tradeable, and most likely will not be fuseable to gain extra slots. The way the fusion system works now, we would have to include your specific guild cape in the fusion table to do so, so others could get your cape, and that wasn't the plan.

I would like to ask if they are permanent/tradable to another character in same account.

I have a few questions. If we already sent in an emblem, can we change it? We were so busy grinding exp we literally did the emblem at the very last minute. 

 

Can the emblem itself be blank and then just choose the color of the cape?

 

Is there a specific set of colors we have to choose from or do we choose from something like a hex color code?

 

If we absolutely must choose an emblem, does it matter how large or small the image is? And will it go on the center of the cap or do we get to choose where it goes? For example, could we chose that our design goes on the bottom like the Phantom Cape?

 

Concerning characters, I know if we have characters in multiple guilds we are granted those capes. What if you have multiple characters in one guild? And how long do they have to stay in the guild?

If you already sent an emblem and want to change it, you can re-send it since we haven't gathered the winners yet.

 

Emblem cannot be blank.

 

For cape color, you can give us a color to reference or tell us what color (Example: Green).

 

It doesn't matter how large the emblem is, they can resize it. I am not sure if they can adjust the location of the emblem, or if it will just be centered. You can request positioning, and I'll let the community know if it's possible or not.

 

If you have multiple characters in the same guild that qualifies and is at least level 25, I don't see a problem with issuing a cape to that character as well.

It will be permanent.

 

We don't think it will have any stats or holes.

Some of the guild emblems are with transparent background. 

 

For example, 

 

Guild Name: Aureus

Guild Emblem:   (also sent to Zanbee and Njoror)

How big will the emblem be on the cape? I'm asking so we can decide on an appropriate picture to use, as if it's quite big then we can opt to use a more detailed image, whereas if it's small then we'll use a simpler one that won't lose much quality from getting downscaled.

 

Oh, and what's the deadline for the emblem?

I believe danielle is asking if there can be transparent parts in the emblem. For example our emblem has a few spots where we want the cape color to show through.

Could you specify the color range , resolution, file type

 

File  PNG GIF Ai TGA CDR  ?

Image type bitmap or vector ?

Max resolution and min resolution ?

whit or whit out background  ?

Cape Color cany be sens as what code ? RGB / HEX

 

just to make it esier to implemnt it would help a lot to sort of any mistakes and speed up the process

 

Best way to would be to post the Hero Cape emblem as a template to every one can put it in

Oh.. so we can do a cape for each alt? That's pretty cool.

Also, will you be pulling a list of all current characters in guild? Will you be able to let the community know when it's safe to kick alts?

Can we dye the cape? Because even if we decided the default color for our guild's cape, some members still wanna have a different color for their cape.
