You'd be surprised.  Some of the 99 first classes are pretty sweet.  I remember my 99 archer was boss aside from the low HP mod.

someone told me today there used to be a 99 swordie pre-renewal that would wipe guilds before trans came out

 

i have no idea if that is true, but it if is I'd say that's pretty sweet

 

Pre renewal one of our guildmates would wipe pvp or BG on a baby sader. Was pretty funny. 8-10k shield booms A+
