In all honesty there is absolutly not 1 person playing rose online right now that hasn't enjoyed the fruits of a botter. So just because you finally got your max level it doesn't make it okay for you to complain about it now. Say you didn't get helped by a botter there is absolutly NO LEGIT PARTIES. And also it is not against the rules to have a program automatically do skills for you as long as you are at the computer. I do not agree with gold selling in the slightest. But seriously man why act like your don't stink you've probably done it yourself or had a friend that does it and you weren't complaining then. The fact is that it isn't hurting anyone for someone to level up a character with a automatic skill program because they still have to do hard work to get gear just like everyone else. And you honestly should be thanking them because the more they bot the more items into the economy the lower the prices go. (I don't know if you've looked around junon latly) The player shops (Economy) is the reason why there is less than 1% Legit new player traffic.

 

This is incorrect. You need to read up one the botting rules. The only bot that is allowed, is for crafting. All other botting is illegal.

Multi clienting is most likely never going to be disabled, it will be noted if it does happen. Most times this is due to your client not patching all the way.

Lets be real here for just one minute and think. This is a game but before that it is a business and if people behind that business don't do a thing about it is because those botters are also a number that bring up their sales.  If Warpportal really wanted to stop botting then they would implement virtual keyboard prevention like every other game has done now to prevent the use of most 3rd party bot apps.  But this means that the population would die out since most people use the zulies that are gained through botting to buy items from those who spend real money to buy item mall gear and sell it for zulies.  Thus the cycle would die and less sales would appear on their monthly balance.  For those of you who see this then the math is fairly simple.  Don't complain it is just business.

See but i'm not 100% wrong you still get everything you need like materials or buy materials from botters or sell materials to botters. So yes you are aiding in the use of botters botting. And You can sit here and act like you have never been in a party where someone wasn't botting but that's complete bs and a lie. Just because you got max level now you act like you never did any of that acting like you are above that somehow... Honestly Since 2005 I've never been in a party that didn't have a bot in it. The only legit parties I see which are usually only ran by people who run in the same circle of friends and don't leave that circle to help others is the GA groups. Look I know you have a image to uphold and some of you would never admit it even if you were the biggest cheater in Rose Online which I understand.

I don't have an image to uphold, so here goes. Yeah I've been in parties before where people were using bots. I have never in my life used a bot program before. I hate them. Yeah yeah, it can be pretty boring to be straight up lvling for several hours, but most of the time, I think it's fun. Especially when there's a nice party you're lvling with. Botters just kill that experience. When I look for a party when trying to lvl a new character, almost all the parties are entirely afk, and using bots. And once I do get in a party, most of them put on their bots and go afk. It kills this part of the game. You know, I used to love lvling, cause I was able to talk to everyone around me and the atmosphere was really nice. Now, although there's a lot of people lvling, 95% is afk. It makes it really boring. And no, I won't use bots cause it's bannable and I think it's stupid to use them.

Also, I think you're wrong. Most of the materials in game are not from people who used bots. They're from people who did their best farming. We might have sold some materials to botters, but that's cause it's impossible to know that that certain shop has used bots before.

Yea I agree with jeremy.
What botters do is they don't even respond, they just leave their computer running really, and come back after some time to change spot. Sometimes you find them all laying dead too. They bot pick up, but - they don't see what they pick up.

In a place like prison, theres a lot of trash items as well.

And the good "farm" spots isn't so easy to bot at, because the super bosses comes every now and then .. So no, botting users are lazy af. and I don't get why they bother playing a game if they won't play it fully.

Get your internet stereotypical head out of your rear-end and don't assume everyone bots. You do not know me and you do not have the facts to assume ME NOR EVERYONE bots or has been in a party with one and benefited from it.

 

i don't buy many things from vendors( i do most of item hunting myself) and the vendors i do buy from are friends of friends who i know do not bot and FARM THEMSELVES. I know this because we have been in parties togeather and they have NEVER botted and they ALWAYS kick people who bot or leave like me.

 

Your just a common troll looking to make trouble and after this reply i will not post to your nonfactual or illogical comments.

 

FYI i don't have a max char so there go assuming stuff again lol.

I agree with jerremy and digitalkitten. Yes, I have been in a party with botters. Got banned for it once too. No, I wasn't botting. Leveling (grinding) is boring enough. When you are in a party, and they are all botting/leeching, it is boring. If you can get a party, where the people are there, and active, it is much more fun. You can talk, get to know each other, maybe make friends. One of the aspects of this game, is that is a social game. It is hard to make friends, when everyone is afk. If I wanted to play alone, I have a ps3 which serves that purpose nicely.

People can also be silent because its really really hard to cast spells and type (well it is for me) I honestly don't see the big deal with a program that helps you cast spells so you CAN chat and socialize and cast.

 

plus my fingers get really really tired casting the same spells over and over again.

 

My party has died because I was too distracted by all the chat boxes popping up and my chat auto-ing to the chat box rather then my spells so I ended up sending 28932484572945723456723876 into the chat box and wondering why the crap my spells are not going off >.<

 

or because I am talking to someone and typing.... I cant type and look at the keyboard so if I want to answer someone I have to look at the keyboard not the screen. I am not a good typer!

I understand your frustration there. I am 53 years old, so my fingers are not very nimble, (never were really), and I can not type and chat at the same time. I too don't talk much. To help with the numbers going into your chat box, change your chat mode in the systems menu. It will take awhile to get used to, but it will stop that. But you will now have to push alt f number key, or right click on the skill. If I can, I use a voice chat program, to help me talk to the people I am playing with. If not, I just do the best I can, and just "listen" rather than talk.

abit amusing to Watch this, a few Days ago when i Went to lvl i joined a party where half of the team didnt write, i asked the teamleader who still were here, weres the other 1s? "They eating, they are afk, okay how they cast skills without being at computer?, they botting, then 5 mins later teamleader said.

I have to take a shower and go to school, i will pass leader to you.

 

so fun lvling these Days?, only Active person WHOs trying to lvl because i got something to aim for, while watching Those lazy "autoclicking bots", lvl up just by cheating.

 

Please start do Daily checkup rutines.

 

i did report those guys, but they still running around, im sure they happy they got 230 now so they dont have to Watch their account get banned. -  took the support 5 Days to answer a ticket, and Close Another ticket.
