So....why are we now allowed to have an animated smoking pipe, yet all of the poor Orcs who just wanted a 5 minute break were denied forever?

They do have an animation. It's the number 3's flying off them, those are puffs of smoke! 

 

Besides, the orcs smoke cigarettes, not pipes!

I swear there used to be actual cigarettes they used to have, that were taken out of the game; or perhaps I'm just making things up ha!

I have always kind of wished the cigarette headgear drained life aswell. It makes sense.

If the orcs lose hp for it, then yeah it does make sense that we should too.

But make it so the cigarette doesn't start draining HP until your character is near a source of fire while equipped with it. FIRE BALL!

While poofing smoke, eat 5 HP every second... And then eat Rations to recover health. When an Orc sees you, an exclamation mark appears above their heads. " ! "

Well you gotta light the cigarette somehow. Only sources of fire I've seen are torches, volcanoes, magic spells, and fire elementals.
