Does food is stackable with another food??
Example : Steamed Desert Scorpions (Agi + 10) with Drosera Herb Salad (Agi+20) at same time.. so my stat will get Agi + 30..

+20 will stack with other +(stat number foods) anything lower than +20 will not stack with each other so +7 and +8 will not give you +15.... however foods that add +atk/matk/flee/hit will stack with those foods... so you could have +20, +10 and +(atk, matk, flee, hit ect) all stacking...

+20 stacks with all others.
Any other type of food bonus to a given stat will not stack. VIP buffs are food-type bonuses.

do e.g. tasty white ration and box of drowsines actually stack? and what is the most efficient usable item set btw?
one last thing, do we have something to improve stats further then +30 from foods and agi/bless?

consumables that give +atk/matk effects can give either the "strong poring" icon, or the red food icon.
You can only have one strong poring and one red food buff for a given substat at a time.
Flee/hit consumables give a red food icon buff that doesn't stack with other similar items.
