I currently trying out a Knight, but I don't have any experience with the class at all, so I have several questions about the build, some skills and stats.

I really love it to do high damage with Tanks and that's what I wanna try out while still having all the abilities a tank should have. :p_laugh:

Questions

Would this Skill-Tree be any good? http://www.ro2base.c...1.1.1/0.0.0.0.0

Stats: 36STR/36AGI/25CRIT Int for Battle Tactics.

Or maybe STR/AGI/CRIT + Vit?

Skills

Bash & Aura Strike

Its recommended to have Bash and Aura Strike 5/5? Because they are my main skills for doing damage..

Battle Tactics

I really like Battle Tactics for the crit 0,4% bonus damage per intelligence ~

Concetration

I would use Concentration only when my Aura Shield would be ready. I know Concentration is a Buff, but I would use it like "Beserk" from a Warrior

example: Aura Shield + Concentration so I wouldnt lose my 10%damage taken and after Aura Shield is over I deactivate Concentration.

would it be worth it?

Grand Cross

I want to let Grand Cross at 1/3(16%Damage) would it be easy for gaining aggro too? Or Magnum Break1/3 first then Grand Cross?

Thanks for helping! :p_hi:

You answered it yourself

No, this is a very wrong. Put your points back to bash/AS instead give you more dps than using concentration for only 10sec.

A knight tank does not need concentration.

GC level 1 damage is pathetic, you need to spam it to maintain aggro which is quite inefficient, but anyway acceptable.

Magnum break is good if there's 3 or less target.

Concentration is a no no if you consider tanking as your main occupation..

Grand Cross is a great aggro tool and is a best means for the knight to handle boss adds.. its your most decent AOE skill .. I spam it more often that Magnum break

I'd move that points from Concentration and max Aura Strike, Bash  and Grand Cross

I already did that!

So is Concentration only good for PVP Knight?

Concentration is only good for DPS oriented Knight builds.. its a double edge sword if you have it as a tank. Damage mitigation is the main priority of tank builds and having a skill thats lets you recieve more damage may more or less kill you while tanking.

Concentration is worth it for a PvP knight. If you have the spare points you can take it as a tank knight. Very useful for both PvP and PvE. The 10% damage drawback is barely noticeable in colo because of knight's high defense and because few people bother to touch us anyways. When you are tanking some high end stuff in PvE do not turn it on of course.

GC damage is pathetic be it level 3 or level 1. I'd leave it at 1 if you are pressed for points. Use level 5 red pots to get adds. That's how people do it.

Yeah i saw only Colo Knights with Concentration ~

I think I'll put my remaining ponts in GC then.

Thanks everyone for helping me :p_idea:
