hi regarding to my last post that i was banned for nonsense.  I got several question.

FYI, i've been sending tickets to them and replying them, also sending Oda a message. But still no further response from them, based on my tickets [253-199EEB9B-0115] this this their reply

My concern is i didnt do 3rd party program, if this is about IP address which is dynamic (wireless modem)

what i meant is maybe another account use the IP address to botting, and surprisingly i got the same IP address (unlucky IP address) with the culprit, but i didnt do what he have done. so my question is....

 

- Is it possible the use of Dynamic IP address can lead you to be banned for 8 years ?

- Is it Possible for me to be recovered ?

- Or anyone ever got the same problem ?

- Oh GOD, how long it takes for them to investigate my case ?

Yes. I've heard some ppl got banned just because they share similar IP address with the botter. Since they clearly stated that they want "to give you the opportunity to explain your side of the situation", why not just give it a try? Logical explanation may open possibility of recovering your account (even better possibility if you have regular transaction of purchasing WPE xD).

You can still claim your accounts back but not guarantee everything will be back... I get similar case last month, my account back but items that not valuable are wiped..

 

Yeah this is what those hackers do, I also got as victim. It's not your mistake, they can track IP who playing RO in same nation as you then they either botting or use any 3rd program under your IP...

I see, I'm still waiting for the GM and WP support response though, i hope they do the best and fast, i dont mind if they do some not valuable things wipe or zenny wipe even thought my case is innocent. i just feel this is not fair for some people like me.

 

Cursed all the hackers and bot programmers    , world would be fun without them

If you really are not the one running these programs never agree to a wipe. Instead maintain your innocence and if that does not work then pm myself or Warnhal on the forums. Innocent players should never agree to a wipe if they were not using these programs. 

However if you were using those programs then honesty is the best policy.

Finally, my case is resolved. And, Yes Camp, i didnt agreed with item or zeny wipe.  I keep sending response about my innocence in a logical truth explanation (maybe its as long as a page on  MS. Word)  . GM Team and Warp Portal Support Team did a good job, i thought this gonna be done in  2 weeks, but its done just in 2 days, i'm so relieved.  Now i can log in with my main accounts again. Oh, and they didn't wipe any item and zenny from my account  .

FYI, i didnt use any bots and donno anything about it.

 

BTW, i do have another account, sharing with my friends (same country: malaysia), he stay in sarawak, and me stay at Selangor.

the reason why we share is, we help each other to leveling. instead, i help him (that kid from sarawak is 12 years old) because he forgot his email and warportal pasword etc. so, we create another account so he can use Kafra Points.

sometimes i play that account, sometimes he played....because we know each other, even exchange our phone number, msging and chating through phone...
