I recently saw someone vending a Ragnarok T-Shirt

i think this were just for an event

I think this is from that ancient event, for what was it, the third aniversary of RO, where they had these weird items that you had to find by talking to 4 objects in each of 3 or 4 towns, and you got a Nile Rose as the prize. During the 1 month ani event it gave +5 all stats. (that's why there are two nile roses with different descs - one comes from the current quest, one from the event)
