Hmmm, I could never take crit-only builds seriously for fighting against other players as skills are far superior. But if you insist...

Instead of getting some very few points ASPD from agi, I'd rather get more vit. You need 100 total vit plus bonus or attacks might stun you. Since you'll have to use glorious jamadhar for critting, you'll often get 193 aspd from the weapon's ability anyway, assuming you don't die first rushing into enemies at hugging distance.

Skills are not superior to aspd. ASPD/CRIT build will always do more damage per second especially to single targets. 193 aspd = 7 hits per second and those crits can range between 1.5K to 6K on average. You can even go higher based on monster and so on but 7x6K = 42K PER SECOND, no skill does that kind of damage. And that is a continuous flow with no cooldowns, so it means in 10 seconds you do 400K damage where you would only be able to cast about 5~7 skills or so in 10 seconds all doing less damage per second.

Your build is good, but if you have +9 HBP you should consider sacrificing 10 AGI for LUK 100 and VIT 90, it provides better use of the points both defensively and offensively.

There's some pros and cons to crits in my opinion skills like CI do burst damage you can do 1 or 2 quick bursts and backslide with crit you are stuck there trying to crit the person/monster to death and the 193 aspd doesn't proc right away anyways and people can always snap/backslide/speed pot if you're crits hurt and haven't killed them yet. The point I'm trying to make is that critting people to death just gives them the few second to cast a skill that can kill you i.e. CC+Gfist/Crush Strike/CI/RT you get the point. However crits still have its uses such as crit locking annoying characters that can pretty much hit and run and don't have much HP 2 such characters that I found are Geneticist and Scholars they can still speed pot or Geneticist Cart Boost however if you catch them with crit lock it is almost unlikely that they will survive. Another proof that skills are superior to crit/aspd are the amount of Glorious GBRs that are out there instead of Glorious Jamadhars. People generally pick GBR because of the reasons I have stated so far while KVM jamadhar is good for crits and mvping its just not worth it in my opinion to give other people that couple of seconds to get you off of them while you try to crit them to death.
