I'm new and my character have not yet reached the max base level...

 

According to this link http://irowiki.org/wiki/Levels, the max base level is 150.

 

But according to this stat calculator http://calc.irowiki.org/, the max base level is 160.

 

Which one is correct?

Both are correct, however we do not have that patch yet. We are currently at 150 max, eventually there will be a patch that unlocks the max level to go higher than that :x
