when I am in a busy area and a lot gets said in my chat box, it always scrolls up 2 the top and it wont let me leave it scrolled down?
so I can never see what people are saying

Does it also scroll to the top of storage/etc? If so, it's the scroll wheel bug, it happens in two situations: If you have a touchpad, and connect a mouse with a scroll wheel after starting RO, and use the scroll wheel (it will behave as if you're continually scrolling in the last direction you moved the scroll wheel). OR if you have a touchpad with a gesture that scrolls and you do that gesture
