How much HD cranium does it take to get a piece of armor to +12 or higher.  Average of course.  Like I know if I buy one 50 box of enriched elunium I can get one item to +9 with that 50 or less with hammer.  I know it take like 150 to 200 hd to get to +9 for me usually.  I just want to make sure I buy enough and not to much.

you basically have to get 10% twice in a row so...1%? 100 ores? probably more

I have had +12 in 1 tries and in 29 tries (From +11)

 

its really depend on your luck but i wouldnt buy a lot at the time because you dont have to worry about the downgrade

a guildie of mine used 600+ ores to +12 his kvm mace while it took 38 ores to +12 my kvm katar which is crazy. For one of my WoE suit, i used 3 enriched boxes (150pcs) and still didn't reached +9, on my 2nd kvm katar from +7 > +9 it took 4 ores only  .   Just pray for good luck I guess.

It's very hard to predict. Buy one box at a time if possible, upgrading as you go, until you get it. Sometimes it'll take 1 box, sometimes it'll take 50 boxes.

As azzy said buy 1 box at a time you can't drop below 10 so that way your never buy to much at worst your have 4 left over if you +11 on your 5th and open a new box

I remember i wasted like 400-500 hd bradium to make a +12 glorious morning star while another time i got a +13 kvm with 13-15 hd bradium...

 

And another time i got a +14 Elven with 12-13 hd bradium as well...

 

So like someone already said is all just about luck and is almost impossibile to predict a thing like this.

 

Just take 1-2 box at time and you'll be fine.

Yeah. Making +13 elven bow is about as hard as +12 level 4 or armor.

Getting to 10 is the big hump on any gear. After that 12 is easy, you just mash a button for a little while and derp +12

Yeah but as i mentioned i got a +14  with 12-13 hds...

 

And a +13 glorious morning with 12-13 hds as well

 

But i got another +12 glorious morning with 500-600 hds... Was just an example to show how random and unpredictable is
