Hello everyone, i been having problems when trying to log two out of 3 characters in my accont, i already submited a ticket but i wanted to ask here aniway.

I have 3 characters in my account, a lv70 hunter equiped with the basic eden group equip and an apple o' archer, a swordman with nothing and a lv18merchant with the basic eden group equip.

whenever i try to log the hunter or the merchant the game loads the screen but i can't move my character, it doesnt show my skills, equip or items and after a minute it disconnect from the server. I don't have any problem with the swordman. A friend tried to log with my account and didn't have any problem, i tried with his account and the same happens.

Something we found with my friend is that the problem only happens with characters with any eden group equipment, the swordman doesnt have any, only the hunter and merchant, the same with my friend characters.

I'm using windows 7 and i'm running everyhing as admin. Its weird because i didn't have any problem yesterday it just started today out of nowhere.

Thanks everyone for the help and sorry for my bad english.

It sounds like your characters have been saved in an invalid state due to a bug in the server. You should submit a ticket at the WarpPortal Support Center.

The problem happens when i try to log into any character with eden group equip on it, not only my hunter and archer.
I tried logging in a friends archer and a another friend bard and got the same problem.
My friends can log on my characters without encountering any problem.

Its really weird.

Axylus - yeah, that's what my first thought was, but he says his friend can access it (if it was the old-school char bug, his friend would see the same bugged behavior, and he would be able to access his friend's chars)...

This IS weird - You're not getting this confused with the mouse bug, where the mouse doesn't register clicks after loading a char, and you need to alt+tab out and back in, right?

I'd reinstall - I'm satisfied that you've demonstrated that the issue is specific to your client.

Strange. That shouldn't have made a difference!

A lesson on talking to technical people (particularly in support situations) - It didn't "fix itself" - when you say something fixed itself, we take that to mean that without you taking any action to try to fix the problem, the problem just went away. That's one of the common phrases that causes confusion in tech support circles when misused (the other one is "I'm having the exact same problem", when you haven't read the other person's problem, and it's nothing like the one you're having).
